RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
WARNING: Please read carefully before accepting. WATERCRAFT
Paddling Safety: Get qualified instruction for the type of craft and equipment you will use, and follow safe practices. In addition:
- Always wear a USCG-approved personal flotation device (PFD).
- Obtain certified first-aid training and carry rescue/safety equipment.
- Guard against hypothermia, dress appropriately for weather and water conditions.
- Be aware of river water levels, tidal changes, dangerous currents, underwater hazards, and weather changes.
- Never paddle in flood conditions and never paddle alone.
- Review your owner’s information package periodically.
You understand that paddling involves certain risks including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death. You freely agree to assume full responsibility for the risks involved.

● A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $1,000.00.
● Sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
